  • Updating your account
    In order to edit your customer account. you need to login and click " profile" in your account. From there, you will be able to edit account and update your contact info.
  • Returning a product
    f you’ve received your order and are not satisfied with it, you are able to return it within the return period specified by the seller under the condition that the item has not be used or altered. This information can be found on the product page < Return period: 10 Days > Or on the seller store policy and terms. If you are unsure about return periods and ways to return an item, you can always contact the seller to learn more about his/her policy.
  • Cancelling an order
    If you’ve changed your mind about an order. You can cancel it as long as the seller has not shipped the item yet. In order to cancel an order, you will need to sign in your customers account and click on the order number that was generated when your first purchased your item.
  • Unresponsive Seller(s)
    If you’ve purchased an item and do not receive it within the estimated delivery dates or do not hear from the seller. Please wait a day or two and send them a message about it. (Allow another 48 hours or so to receive some form of notification from them.) if after this time, the seller still does not respond to your messages, fix the situation or seem to have ghosted you please reach out to us at message[at] with Title : “I have not received my item” and we will attempt to solve the issue. In our experience the reasons for this situation on varies, sometimes sellers have genuine reasons for not replying (they are away, sick or dealing with personal issues). In other cases they do not have the product in stock anymore but did not update their stock quantities prior to your purchase and are now looking for ways to service you.
  • What can I sell on the marketplace?
    You can sell all things African Inspired on the Boutique Africaine™ Marketplace. This can include clothing, accessories jewelries, kitchen essentials, painting etc.… Take a look around the Marketplace and see what others are selling in your desired categories Also check out out some of other sellers product descriptions and photos. Some of the best selling items are: Home Decor. Furniture. Children's Toys. Women clothing.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • How does pricing work?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
