If you’ve purchased an item and do not receive it within the estimated delivery dates or do not hear from the seller. Please wait a day or two and send them a message about it. (Allow another 48 hours or so to receive some form of notification from them.) if after this time, the seller still does not respond to your messages, fix the situation or seem to have ghosted you please reach out to us at message[at]boutiqueafricaine.com with Title : “I have not received my item” and we will attempt to solve the issue.
In our experience the reasons for this situation on varies, sometimes sellers have genuine reasons for not replying (they are away, sick or dealing with personal issues). In other cases they do not have the product in stock anymore but did not update their stock quantities prior to your purchase and are now looking for ways to service you.
